Jacqueline is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Jacqueline holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jacqueline also continues her education with post-graduate work at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.

Jacqueline’s 18+ years in the field strongly reflect her dedication to seeking creative methods and solutions with at-risk individuals and families. She held positions at several nonprofit organizations, working with at-risk youth in impoverished communities and schools.

Jacqueline’s passion for facilitating adoptions began after years of working with women and fertility, single parents and LGBT families. She has developed a sub-specialty working with non-traditional families (single parents, gay, lesbian and transgender  individuals  and couples) in addition to married heterosexual adoptions in the New York metro area offering (non-agency) pre-adoption consultations, home studies, post-placement services and post-adoption related therapy.
